FYP help for UM students
Final-year students at Universiti Malaya in Pantai Dalam often tell us the FYP feels harder to organise than to do: choosing a title, finding a supervisor who has time, and keeping FYP1 and FYP2 deliverables on track. Grab Writer helps UM students plan the project from title to presentation through WhatsApp and video sessions.
FYP process at UM: FYP1 / FYP2, supervisor, panel (verify per campus)
Final-year project rules differ between faculties even inside the same public university, so confirm these with your coordinator at UM: how many semesters the FYP runs and what is due at each stage, how supervisors are allocated, the proposal and progress-report formats, the weighting between report, product and presentation, the panel or viva format, and the similarity-check limit. If your FYP is software, engineering or lab based, also check what the department expects for demonstration, logbooks and ethics clearance. Bring anything unclear to us and we will help you turn it into a simple timeline.
Proposal, report and presentation support
We review your proposal and draft chapters for structure, clarity and consistency, and we explain what is missing and why. For presentations we help you decide which three or four slides carry your argument and practise likely panel questions with you. For technical and business projects we help you describe your method, data and results clearly. We give feedback and editing suggestions; the project work, code, analysis and report writing must be your own, and you should follow the academic integrity policy of UM.
