Thesis formatting against your university template
Every Malaysian university, and often every faculty or institute of graduate studies, publishes its own thesis guide. We format to the version you send us: font and spacing, margin widths, chapter and heading numbering, figure and table captions, list of abbreviations and the order of front matter. Proofreading for non-native English speakers
Many of the theses we see are written by students whose first language is Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil or Arabic. The ideas are sound; the English gets in the way. Our editors keep your meaning and your voice, explain recurring errors in comments so you can avoid them next time, and point you to our academic English guide.
Journal article and manuscript editing
For postgraduates preparing a journal submission, we edit for clarity and concision, check the target journal's author guidelines for structure and reference style, and flag places where reviewers commonly ask for clarification. We do not add content, data or claims.
What we do not do
We do not rewrite your argument, add new content, paraphrase text to lower a similarity score or make changes you cannot see. Every edit is tracked. Check your university's rules on third-party proofreading; some require you to declare it.
