Assignment help for UPM students
In short: send your assignment brief and marking rubric to a GrabWriter coach on WhatsApp. You get a plan, written feedback on your own draft and a referencing check before you submit. You write the assignment; we help you make it stronger.
UPM grew out of an agricultural college and is still known for agriculture, food science, forestry and veterinary medicine, alongside engineering, economics and computing. Lab and field reports are common, and examiners notice a loose methods section quickly.
We coach, review and edit; we do not write your submission. To start, message +6012 4921 909 with your brief, rubric and deadline. A quote usually follows within 30 minutes, and follow-up questions on our feedback are free for 14 days.
Types of UPM assignments we guide (essay, report, case study, group)
UPM students most often bring us:
- agriculture and food science lab reports
- field-study and project write-ups
- lab reports and scientific literature reviews
- research methods write-ups and data interpretation
Each type is marked differently, so the coaching differs too:
- Essays: a clear argument, linked paragraphs and analysis rather than description. See how to write a university assignment.
- Reports: headings, findings and recommendations. See the business report writing guide.
- Case studies: applying a framework to the facts and justifying a recommendation. See how to write a case study analysis.
- Group assignments: one structure and one voice across members. See group assignment tips.
Public universities usually publish a faculty handbook, a course outline and a standard report format, so your lecturer's course outline is the main source for what is expected.
How feedback works
- Share your brief. Send the question, rubric, word count, deadline and subject.
- Break down the brief. Your coach explains the task words (analyse, evaluate, critically discuss), which criteria carry the most marks, and how to split your word count.
- Write your draft. Work from the plan and ask questions as you go.
- Get written feedback. We review structure, argument, evidence, referencing and language, and give comments you can work through one by one.
- Revise and final check. Fix the comments, then have a last look before you submit.
On short deadlines, 24 to 72 hours is workable for a brief breakdown, feedback on a draft you have already written, or a referencing check, depending on subject and coach availability. Starting a long report from nothing and expecting it polished by morning is not realistic, and we will tell you so plainly.
Campus-specific notes: format, submission portal, similarity limit
UPM's e-learning platform is PutraBLAST, according to UPM's Centre for Academic Development. Check the course page for how each assignment is submitted.
Before you draft, check four things:
- Brief and rubric: which criteria carry the most marks.
- Referencing style: APA 7th and IEEE are the most common; your faculty decides.
- Similarity limit: the percentage your faculty accepts, if it sets one.
- AI rules: what your university allows. See AI use in assignments in Malaysia.
For layout, read our assignment format guide. If you are unsure of a rule, ask your lecturer in writing, and send us the rubric so we work to it.
